The University of Texas at Austin Graduate Student Housing project is part of the East Campus Master Plan. This two-story building will be approximately 350,000 GSF and include 150 micro-studio living units, 40 one-bedroom units, 78 two-bedroom units, 50 four-bedroom/two bath units, and 50 four-bedroom/four-bath units.

As the lead civil engineer, GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services, including site design, grading and drainage, utility infrastructure, as well as permitting and construction administration services.
