This project included the design of an approximately 425,000 GSF Major League Soccer Stadium with surface lot parking on 25 acres. The Stadium offers 20,500 seats and hosts Major League Soccer matches, as well as provides a year-round venue for a variety of other uses, including concerts, other sporting events, cultural events, conferences and meetings. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
