Dell Seton Medical Center

The Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas was a collaborative project that contributed to the newly developed UT Medical District in downtown Austin. The 517,000 GSF facility is the teaching hospital for Dell Medical School and is entirely new from the ground up. Dell Seton Medical Center attained LEED certification for Healthcare, as well as the Sustainable SITES Initiative through its use of innovative water quality controls, building design and campus interaction.

The GarzaEMC team provided full civil engineering design and coordination for the Seton Medical Center as well as support for the land lease, aerial bridge across E. 15th Street, existing Brackenridge parking garage redesign and upgrades. GarzaEMC also provided support for the construction project delivery.
