Public Library Expansion

San Marcos, Texas

This design-build project consists of remodeling the existing 27,000 GSF Public Library and constructing a proposed 29,000 GSF expansion. The expansion will occur on the current library site through development of unoccupied areas and partial redevelopment of the existing site. It will include additional meeting rooms, classrooms, and an enclosed children’s room. This project also consists of a parking lot expansion, upgraded utility connections, and water quality and detention ponds.
