TFC George H.W. Bush State Office

This office project was one of six projects which combine to create the first phase of the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) Capitol Complex Master Plan. This State Building is a 14-story high-rise office tower totaling approximately 660,000 GSF on a 1.7-acre site with 1,665 parking spaces above- and below-ground. The proposed improvements included a new building, loading dock, above and below grade parking garages, and associated site improvements.

GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services, including site design, grading and drainage, utility infrastructure, as well as permitting and construction administration services.
