RELLIS Campus Master Plan

The Texas A&M University System’s (TAMUS) RELLIS Campus Master Plan’s Campus-wide Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Study consists of a +/- 1,868-acre site. The project consists of a Two-Phase master plan drainage study to analyze and define the 100-year storm event’s impacts on the RELLIS Campus and the three outfall systems receiving the stormwater runoff. Phase I consists of approximately 780 acres of the easter portion of the campus. Phase II, the western portion of the campus, includes the remaining 1,148-acres. Each Phase of the study was be analyzed under 3 Development Scenarios: Pre-Development, Current Proposed and Post-Development.
