This Employment Retirement System (ERS) project consisted of an approximately 150,000 GSF office building with 33,000 GSF mixed-use space at ground level and 420-spaces of underground parking. The 9-story building is located at the southwest intersection of San Jacinto Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

GarzaEMC provided civil engineering services and site development plans, assisted with license agreements for tower crane and streetscape, construction documents for right-of-way (ROW) work and building on state property, and RSMP participation.
