Vice President
Julia Spelhaug, PE
As Vice President of the Firm and one of the original employees, Julia brings over 14 years of experience in civil engineering and land development to the table. She oversees some of our largest projects and works closely with clients to develop innovative solutions for successful deliveries. Her expertise includes site design, permitting, water quality, detention pond analysis and design, drainage studies, TCEQ permitting, and water, wastewater, and storm sewer design for commercial, retail, and public institutional projects.
Julia is an avid swimmer and animal lover with two pups of her own. When she isn’t at the office you can find her outdoors most likely swimming, walking her dogs or traveling. She’s also really passionate about giving back to her community – as a member of The Junior League of Austin, Julia has volunteered with organizations such as BookSpring, The Settlement Home and Sustainable Food Center, and is currently volunteering at the ZACH Theater.
