The Blanton Museum of Art is considered a major resource for the Austin, Texas community as it showcases nearly 18,000 pieces ranging from  across the ages, including ancient Greek pottery to abstract expressionism. The Art Repository is a freestanding facility designed by the renowned American artist, Ellsworth Kelly. The stone building consists of luminous colored glass windows, a totemic wood sculpture, and fourteen black and white marble panels. This structure is the only building the artist designed and will be his most lasting legacy.

Garza EMC provided civil engineering services for the project.  Services included site civil layout, grading, drainage, utility design, coordination and relocation of utilities, City of Austin review and approval.
