20,000 SF

Civil Engineering

The Research and Commercialization project is a research/science park which includes a facility for research in multifunctional materials and nurtures and captures the resulting emerging technological markets that will be created from this technology. The initial building is a 20,000 SF facility located on a 37-acre site with planned expansion to 36,000 SF.

Key design elements included drainage and utility master planning for the entire site and the extension of onsite and offsite water and wastewater infrastructure to serve the property. GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering and consulting services for the project including site planning, grading and drainage, utility design, SWPPP, erosion and sedimentation control, and permitting.
